Charity Recycling Waste
How we handle charity donations
With your full consent, Items to be donated to charity will be taken to the Cornwall Hospice Donation Centre.
This is free of charge for clients using our services.
Please note, Cornwall Hospice Donation Centres are unable to accept computers, televisions, safety equipment and some electrical items and donations must be in a clean and resalable condition.
How we handle recycling
Recycling will be taken to the Commercial Recycling Centre to be legally and responsibly recycled, unless it qualifies as an item that could benefit a local recycling scheme.
For example: Recycling For Charity or ScrapStore
We are keen to work together with local reduce, recuse, recycle schemes to benefit our local Community and keep waste to an absolute minimum.
How we handle household waste
We are a licensed waste carrier.
Your Personal Organiser is equipped with a Ford Transit Courier van, and will be able to carry household waste and smaller furniture items.
Household waste will be taken to the nearest Waste Transfer Station to be legally and responsibly disposed of by HomeClear.
For larger quantities of waste and additional types of waste category, it may be necessary to organise waste collection. This will be arranged with an exterior company with proven efficiency, valid insurance and upper tier licensing, ensuring all waste is legally and responsibly handled and disposed of.
We are HomeClear Southwest - Personal Home Organisation, Clutter Clearing Services and Hoarding Help based in Tavistock and covering Devon and Cornwall.
