Initial Consultation
Charges outside of PL19 apply only for onsite visits. For bookings, this amount will be deducted from your total invoice.

Onsite Consultation for outside of PL19 (30mins): £12

Hourly Rate
This covers onsite time with your very own personal organiser.
One organiser: £22 per hour (minimum booking 3hrs)

Waste Removal
This is exclusively for customers accessing our personal organiser services above.
Charity: We will take your reusable items to charity for Free
Recycling & Waste: This will be charged at £8 per full bin liner (up to 12kg) for mixed recycling and general mixed household waste.
(WEEE): Additional charges apply for waste electrical and electronic equipment to include: computers, printers and televisions at a cost of £20 each.
Please note, as a business, we are charged by the commercial recycling centre to dispose of recycling, general mixed household waste and additional charges apply to us for WEEE items - which is why the above fees must apply. We have no objection should you prefer to dispose of your own waste.

Additional Supplies/Equipment
As part of our Home Organising service, we can advise you on Home Organising Equipment. You may wish to accept our exact suggestions, or find your own alternatives, to be purchased by yourself.
If you would prefer that your organiser makes agreed purchases on your behalf, you will be charged for each item cost as set by the supplier, plus an administration fee of 20%
Travel
We are based in Tavistock and cover:
TR9, PL30, PL31, PL14, PL15, PL16, PL17, PL18, PL19, PL20, PL1, PL2, PL3, PL4, PL5, PL6 & EX20
Travel outside of these areas will be charged at 0.45p per mile from PL19
How does the pricing work?
There are two options:
1. We provide an estimate
After our initial consultation, we will be able to provide you with an estimate for the expected cost.

2. You set the time
If you have a set budget, you can advise us of how many hours you'd like to book and we will do all that we can within this timeframe.

Please note, all new customer enquiries will require an initial consultation before we are able to confirm your booking, this can be done over the telephone.
Minimum booking: 3hrs per day
We endeavour to communicate with you throughout so no charge is unexpected.
We are dedicated to providing the best service and while we are onsite we will work to the best of our ability to offer you time efficiency and the best value for money.
We reserve the right to decline any booking that isn't deemed suitable for the services we offer.
