Once sorted, items will only be removed from the property with your consent.
General Rubbish, Recycling and Charity Donations, can be removed from the property by your Personal Organiser at each sorting visit and in some cases, this may be all that is required.
In the instance there is Specialist Waste, Large Furniture items, or a significant volume of waste, we will arrange for this to be collected, usually towards the end of your scheduled sessions.
How we calculate the cost for Clearing:
The below prices are exclusively for clients accessing our HomeClear Sort Services:
In-House Waste Removal:
Your Personal Organiser is equipped with a Ford Transit Courier van to remove General Rubbish and Recycling items.
From £36 (half van) to £68* (full van)
Smaller quantities will be charged at £8* per full bin liner (up to 12kg)
If you have confidential paperwork to be shredded before disposal, there will be an additional charge of £12 per sealed sack (provided)
Organising External Waste Collection:
For greater quantities, specialist waste collection and furniture removal, the cost is based per kg/tonne and will vary depending on the contents and volume to be collected.

Charity Donations:
Items that can be donated to charity, will be taken to the local Charity Donation Centre by your Personal Organiser, for Free.

Additional charges are set by the Waste Transfer Station for certain household appliances, some electrical items (WEEE) and upholstered furniture (POPS).
Fees start from £10 per item.
Please note, as a business, we are charged to dispose of waste, which is why these fees must apply. We have no objection should you prefer to dispose of your own waste using your household bins.
Specialist Waste examples: food waste, hazardous waste
Large Furniture examples: white goods, kitchen appliances, bedroom furniture and sofas
Additional Charge examples: computers, microwaves, televisions
Waste Collection (non-clients)
Licenced and Legal Waste Carrier.
Now taking bookings for waste removal services where sorting is not required.
We will come and collect your pre-sorted waste and legally dispose of this at our local Waste Transfer Station.
If you are happy for items to be repurposed for local community groups and charities, we will endeavour to otherwise arrange this for applicable items.

Identification and proof of Waste Carrier Licence will be available for you to view and Waste transfer notes will be provided to you in all cases.

Ways to pay
1 50% Deposit upfront, and remainder on completion.
2 Pay for each service on the day it is received.
3 Full payment divided by total visits, made payable at each visit.
* Except for Waste Collection Bookings (non-clients) full payment is required upon booking for this service.
